Adding a two digit number and ones, a two digit number and tens and adding two, two digit numbers.
We will begin to look at the poem 'The Owl and the Pussy cat'.
We are looking at Living things and thier habitats by exploring and comparing which things are living
which are dead and which have never been living.
I would like children to start weekly spellings to support thier writing. We will do a weekly test on a Friday. They have all brought a copy home today.
This weeks spellings are; knock, know, knee, knitting, knife, gnat, gnaw, gnash, gnome, gnarled.

This Friday 12th October we will be going to Hatton Country park to learn all about where food comes from. We will see a real life farm and take a tractor ride.
We will leave at 9am and return by 3.30pm. The office will inform you by text of our return time.
Children must wear white school shirts and red jumpers and either jeans, leggings or joggers and sensible trainers or boots.
The school will provide all children with a packed lunch. Children must have a ruck sack type bag which has been emptied before coming to school and a drinks bottle. No sweets to be eaten but they may bring a snack for breaktime.
